  We only lived in Geneva for a year, but Main Moon quickly became the standard by which we judged our Chinese takeout.
  
  Since moving to Rhode Island it's been difficult at best to find Chinese takeout that matches the quality and flavor that Main Moon provides. Of their soups we liked hot and sour, egg drop, and wonton the best. For main courses we liked everything we tried.
  
  They're fast, friendly, and very affordable.

  Well let's start with the good. The food was good, I would have given 4 stars since the portions were on par or better than most (my wonton soup had 5 big wontons in a pint. That's excellent. And to add, the ingredients were quality, my shrimp with lobster sauce although a smidge on the bland side had good size shrimp in it.
  
  Now the negatives that took away from the 4 star rating; the lady that took the order on the phone was short with me, almost argumentative which is probably due to the cultural differences, irritating but ok. I was going to pay by credit card over the phone but she rattled off the total and hung up, good thing I had some cash...I usually do not.
  
  Then the delivery guy came. Prompt, not spilled everywhere which is good. I gave him the cash and he counted back MOST of my change then looked at me like "you don't want it ALL back do you?" Which I did, because I was going to give him a $5 but since he just stared at me with part of my change in my hand I just forked over the $2 he just handed me. He cheated himself out of $3. Gratuity is short for gratitude for good service, it pays to remember that.

  The people who work there are nice, they're always on time with delivery, they never overcook the food

  For sugary-salty-goopy American-style Chinese, this food isn't too sugary or too salty or too goopy! The cook actually pays attention to seasonings and proportion, and I've never regretted eating here... Prices are reasonable, portions are substantial, and most importantly, to me, the employees are friendly.

  I am giving you 2 stars tonight because of how you treated me when I called about my order. I think you should learn how to treat people on the phone when they call to complain, have you ever heard about the customer is always right you should never argue with a customer over the phone when they called to tell you that something is wrong with your food. You should be gracious and offer to replace what is wrong or give them credit. I've never had a problem with your food before this is the first time I did not expect to be treated that way on the phone.
